To do so, EuroCave has drawn on its considerable expertise to combine the six essential criteria for serving
wine:

Temperature
The two enemies of wine are extreme
temperatures and sudden changes in
temperature. A constant temperature of
10° – 14°C (50 – 57°F) is considered ideal
for allowing wine to reach its full potential.
Thanks to its electronic regulation system,
your EuroCave conditioner is activated
as soon as the temperature of the cellar
increases by one degree in relation to the set
temperature.
Humidity

It is an essential factor, allowing the corks
to retain their sealing qualities. The humidity
level must be above 50% (ideally 60 –
75%). By maintaining a constant evaporation
temperature, above 0°C, your EuroCave
conditioner will not dry out the air of your
cellar and will ensure ideal humidity levels.

Protection from light

Light, in particular its UV component,
causes wine to deteriorate very quickly
by irreversible oxidation of its tannin. We
therefore strongly recommend that you store
your wine in a dark place or protected from
U.V. light

Lack of vibration
Vibration disturbs wine's long development
process and is often fatal for fine wines.
Ventilation

A constant supply of fresh air is also
essential.

Storage
Moving your bottles too often is harmful
to your wine. Ensuring you have suitable
storage which reduces handling is essential.
