ASSEMBLY
This section describes how to assemble and adjust the
product.
CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE
SAFETY CHAPTER AND THE ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU ASSEMBLE THE
PRODUCT.
4.1
INSTALL THE SEAT
1. Lift the seat panel.
2. Place the seat assembly over the seat panel and
align the holes with the mounting slits.
3. Insert the M8 bolts and washers on the seat panel
mounting slits and tighten securely with 10mm
socket to a torque between 11 - 15 ft/lbs (15 - 20
N.m).
Note: You can adjust the seat position by installing
the bolts farther or closer from the steering wheel.

4. Connect the wire connector to the seat plug located
under the seat.
4.2
INSTALL THE STEERING WHEEL
Note: Before assembling, ensure that the mounting
assembly is facing the seat.
1. Install the steering shaft into the coupler, aligning
the holes in the shaft with the bolt holes in the
coupler. Insert and securely tighten two M8 bolts
and washers applying torque within the range of 15 -
18 ft/lbs (20 - 25 N.m) with 13 mm wrench.
