CORRECTIVE ACTION
Turn the start key to the OFF position and wait for more
than 5 seconds before restarting the product.
Check the error code on display. Contact Greenworks
after-sales service center.
Sharpen the blades.
Replace the blade according to the manual instructions,
and wear protective gear.
Level the deck.
Securely tighten deck mounting bolts. Note: The deck
needs to be re-leveled after adjusting the mounting bolts.
Replace the deck.
Wait until grass is dry.
Raise the deck and cut grass with multiple passes, ad-
justing the height accordingly.
Tighten the blade.
Replace the bent blade according to the manual instruc-
tions, and wear protective gloves.
Level the deck.
Securely tighten deck mounting bolts. Note: The deck
needs to be re-leveled after adjusting the mounting bolts.
If the grass is too dense and high, please raise the deck,
try to avoid cutting heavy grass.
Raise the deck and cut grass with multiple passes, ad-
justing the height accordingly.
Wait until grass is dry.
Lower the driving speed.
Increase the blade speed (if applicable).
Raising the deck or decrease blade speed (if applicable)
to increase the mower's usage time on one charge.
Check the rear tire pressure of the mower regularly ac-
cording to the manual instructions.

2. If the product is accidentally drenched, store the
product in a dry place for 12 hours or blow dry before
restarting.
3. Contact Greenworks after-sales service center if the
problem persists.
