UNCRATE THE PRODUCT
The mower is shipped in a crate. Here is the procedure to uncrate it and drive it out.
1. Remove two pins, washers and clevis pins securing the wire netting to the frame and remove the wire netting.
2. Remove 18 pins, washers and clevis pins in total securing every brace to the frame and remove the braces.
3. Release or cut the four straps securing the front and rear wheel axles to the bottom frame.
4. Remove boxes containing the loose parts, assembly hardware and documentation.
5. Remove and set aside all accessible packaging and wrap from unit and parts. Do not discard the packing
material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily operated the product.
6. Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping.
When assembling loose parts to your mower, verify the part is assembled correctly, is properly tightened, and is
torqued correctly (where applicable) before proceeding to the next assembly step. Use of a mower that may have
been improperly assembled could result in serious personal injury.
