VENTILATION
For this heater, provide a minimum of 48 square inches of space by opening a window or door to provide
fresh, outside air. For additional heaters, provide more ventilation. Provide at least 3 square feet of open-
ing for ventilation per 100,000 Btu of rated operation.
ASSEMBLY
Note: Tools required: Medium phillips screwdriver
NEVER LEAVE HEATER UNATTENDED WHILE BURNING OR WHILE CONNECTED TO A FUEL
SOURCE.
CONNECTING HEATER TO LP CYLINDER
Be sure to read and understand all of the Safety Information in this manual before connecting the heater
to the LP cylinder.
SINGLE BURNER MODELS ONLY
1. Be sure the heater is facing away from tank. Insert the regulator connector into the tank valve outlet fitting
and turn left (counter clock-wise) until fully tightened. Do not overtighten. (See Figure 1)
2. Loosen the wingnut located on the venturi tube. Place the heater support around venturi and rest the
bottom of the heater support on the propane cylinder. Tighten the previously loosened wingnut to secure
the heater support onto venturi tube. (See Figure 2)
Figure 1
3. Slowly open the LP cylinder valve.
4. Check all connections for leaks using a 50/50 mixture of dishsoap and water. Any bubbles appearing show
a leak. Remove and reconnect the Connector Nut to the valve.
DOUBLE BURNER MODELS ONLY
1. Use a phillips head screw-driver to remove the two screws located in the collar bracket. Set aside for later
use (See Figure 3).
2. Place the collar bracket onto the tank with the tank collar bracket over the tank collar. Mounting bolt knob
should be positioned to the outside of the tank collar. Firmly secure the collar bracket to the tank by hand-
tightening the mounting bolt knob. Do not overtighten. (See Figure 4)
