USING THE CERAMIC HOB
Before first use
IMPORTANT: Y ou sh ould c lean the c eramic h ob
surface (see "Cleaning and maintenance" section).
 You sh ould swi tch on o ne cooking z one at a time, for 5
minutes a t t he ma ximum s etting. This w ill help to e liminate
any ne w smell that exists a nd evaporate any humidity t hat
has formed on the heating elements during transit.
 Do not burn off more than one zone at once.
 You must place a sau cepan filled half full with cold water
on each zone as you burn it off.
Touch controls
 All o perations ar e p erformed by m eans o f t he t ouch
controls that can be found on the control panel.
 Each t ouch c ontrol h as a visual d isplay t hat c orresponds
to it.
