INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY
Our special spring extender, delivered with this product, is required to set up the trampoline. When
you are not using the trampoline, it should be dismantled and stored away in the original pack-
aging. Please read the instructions on assembly once before assembling the product. You should
perform the assembly in pairs.
PRIOR TO THE ASSEMBLY
Make sure that all the parts listed in the parts list are present. In case you are missing parts, please
consult our service. Please use gloves to protect your hands. Before connecting, you should spray
or lightly grease all connections with contact spray. This extends the service life as well as eases
the assembly and subsequent disassembly.
STEP 1 - 5: ASSEMBLY OF THE SUPPORT GROUP AND THE FRAME
Follow the steps 1 through 5 according to the illustration. Make sure that the securing bolts always
securely engage. You can always view how the result of the particular assembly step must look
like, in the lower right hand corner. In steps 1 - 3, make sure that the holes on components 5, 6,
9 and 10 point to the middle of the trampoline. In steps 1 and 2 a rubber mallet can be used to
facilitate the assembly of components 9 and 10 with component 4.
STEP 6: ASSEMBLY OF THE JUMPING MAT
CAUTION – When fastening the springs, the tube joints can lead to bruising, because the trampo-
line is thereby stretched until it becomes taut.
a) Spread out the jumping mat (1) in the frame, with the printed side facing upwards.
b) Hook the springs (14) into the frame as shown in figures 6.1 through 6.3. Use the special spring
extender (19), to attach the spring to the jumping mat and to hook the springs into the frame,
in case you need more tensile force as in the case of the first spring. Hook in the spring until it
fully snaps, and press it down further, if the hook is not fully seated in the hole.
c) ATTENTION! Insert the springs as shown in Figures 6.4 - 6.6 first in a third circle or sixth circle
distance to avoid building up too much tension on one side of the mat. This is guaranteed if
you choose the first hole on the left of component 9 or 10. Now you can attach the remaining
springs in any order. In case you notice that you have skipped a hole and an eyelet, loosen and
fix the springs so that the allocation of the holes on the frame to the eyelets is correct again.
STEP 7 - 8: ASSEMBLY OF THE LOWER NET RODS AND ATTACHMENT OF THE EDGE COVER
Insert the lower net rods (7) into the holes of component 9. Ensure that the securing bolts securely
engage. After this, initially place the edge cover (2) simply on top.
STEP 9: FASTENING OF THE NET ON THE TOP RAIL
Place the safety net (3) on the jumping mat in advance. Follow the steps in Figures 9a and 9b to
insert the top rail rods (13) into the net (3) and attach them to the tube connectors (11). Make sure
that you insert a top-rail rod into the net at an opening in the upper edge of the net, reinforcement
first to the right and WITHOUT reinforcement first to the left. The ends of the two inserted rods are
