10 Dismantling
Make sure that the following sources of

power are switched off:
the electrical power supply
the compressed air supply.
Always leave the measuring system fitted
S
to the standard cylinder.
Overhaul:
Send the DNCM−...−POT complete to Festo.
S
Enclose a letter stating the fault and the
conditions of use.
11 Repairs
If required:
Order a wearing parts kit.
S
Leave the rod nut aE screwed to the connecting rod.
S
This serves as a stop for the measuring system.
Complete the refitting of the coupling
S
plate aA as follows:
Push in the piston rod aJ of the cylin
der as far as possible.
Fit the eye nut 7 with locking agent
screw in as far as possible (together
with the O ring).
With DNCM−32−...−POT:
Screw the guide nut aD together with
the spacer aC a few turns in the direc
tion of the rod nut aE.
