Auffangsack: außer der Funktion, das gemähte Gras einzusammeln, kommt dem Auffangsack eine Sicherheitsfunktion zu. Er verhindert, dass eventuell durch das Messer aufgenommene Gegenstände weit von der Maschine weggeschleudert wer- den.
  • Page 10 DE 8 AUSPACKEN UND ZUSAMMENBAU 3. AUSPACKEN UND ZUSAMMENBAU WICHTIG Die Maschine wird ohne Motoröl und Benzin geliefert. Vor dem Anlassen des Motors ist Motoröl einzufüllen und Benzin zu tanken, wobei die Vorschrif- ten im Abschnitt 5.3.3 des Motorhandbuchs zu beachten sind. Aus Gründen der Lagerung und des Transports müssen einige Bauteile der Maschine nach dem Entfernen der Verpackung nach den folgenden Anweisungen zusammengebaut werden.

L ENKRAD Steuert die Lenkung der Vorderräder. 4.2 K UPPLUNGS BREMSPEDAL Dieses Pedal hat eine Doppelfunktion: Im ersten Teil des Pedalwegs wirkt es als Kupplung und schaltet den Antrieb der Räder ein oder aus, und im zweiten dient es als Bremse. WICHTIG Pedal zum Kuppeln nicht zu langesam durchtreten, um eine Über- hitzung und damit Beschädigung des Treibriemens zu vermeiden.
  • Page 14 DE 12 BEDIENUNGSEINRICHTUNGEN UND KONTROLLINSTRUMENTE Bremshebel hat zwei Positionen: «A» = Bremse nicht angezogen «B» = Bremse angezogen – Um die Feststellbremse einzulegen, muss das Pedal (4.3) ganz durchgedrückt und der Hebel in die Position «B» gebracht werden. Wenn man den Fuß vom Pedal nimmt, bleibt dieses unten und wird in dieser Stellung vom Hebel blockiert.

Benutzen Sie die Maschine ausschließlich für die Zwecke, für die sie bestimmt ist (Mähen und Sammeln von Gras). Die Sicherheitseinrichtungen, mit denen die Maschine ausgestattet ist, dürfen nicht verändert oder entfernt werden. SEIEN SIE SICH STETS BEWUSST, DASS DER BENUTZER IMMER FÜR DRITTEN ZUGEFÜGTE SCHÄDEN VERANTWORT- LICH IST.
  • Page 18 DE 16 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG a) Beim Anlassen des Motors sind die folgenden Bedingungen unbedingt zu beachten: – die Gangschaltung muss im “Leerlauf” stehen; – das Messer muss ausgeschaltet sein; – der Benutzer auf dem Sitz der Maschine sitzen oder die Feststellbremse angezogen sein.
  • Page 19 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG DE 17 5.3.3 T ANKEN UND ÖL EINFÜLLEN GEFAHR! Das Tanken muss bei abgestelltem Motor an einem freien und gut belüfteten Ort erfolgen. Man muss sich stets bewusst sein, dass Benzindäm- pfe brennbar sind! KEINE FLAMMEN IN DIE NÄHE DER TANKÖFFNUNG BRIN- GEN, UM DEN TANKINHALT ZU PRÜFEN, UND WÄHREND DES TANKENS NICHT RAUCHEN.

Den Auffangsack (1) in die Halter (2) einhaken und in Bezug auf die hintere Platte so zentrieren, dass die zwei Bezugspunkte (3) übereinstimmen. 5.3.5 K ONTROLLE DER LEISTUNGSFÄHIGKEIT DER SICHERHEITSSYSTEME Die Leistungsfähigkeit der Sicherheitssysteme ist durch Simulation einiger Situationen...
  • Page 21 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG DE 19 5.4 GEBRAUCH DER MASCHINE 5.4.1 A NLASSEN DES MOTORS GEFAHR! Das Anlassen hat im Freien oder an einem gut belüfteten Ort zu erfolgen! MAN MUSS SICH IMMER BEWUSST SEIN, DASS DIE ABGASE DES MOTORS GIFTIG SIND! Um den Motor anzulassen: 1.
  • Page 22 DE 20 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG ➤ ➤ – Den Schlüssel ( elektrisches Anlassen) oder den Gashebel ( Anlassen von Hand) in die Stellung «STOP» stellen, einige Sekunden warten und dann erneut anlas- sen. Falls die Störung andauern sollte, verweisen wir auf Kapitel «7» des vorliegenden Handbuchs und auf die Gebrauchanweisung des Motors.
  • Page 23 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG DE 21 5.4.5 G RAS MÄHEN WICHTIG Die Maschine ist nicht für schwerwiegende Anwendungen geeignet oder dafür, beachtliche Mengen Gras zu entfernen. WICHTIG Das Einschieben des Messers erfolgt über eine Kupplungsvorrich- tung. Um eine Beschädigung oder vorzeitige Abnutzung der Reibungselemente zu ver- hindern, sind die nachfolgenden Anweisungen genau zu befolgen.
  • Page 24 DE 22 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG vermindern, um die Voraussetzungen für die Sicherheit zu erfüllen ( ☛ 1.2 - 5.5). – Die Geschwindigkeit muss man jedes Mal vermindern, wenn man ein Abfallen der Mot- ordrehzahl feststellt. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man niemals einen guten Schnitt des Rasens erzielt, wenn die Fahrgeschwindigkeit in Bezug auf die Menge des zu mähenden Grases zu hoch ist.

  • Page 27 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG DE 25 Um den Kraftstofftank zu leeren, muss man das Rohr am Eintritt des Benzinfilters (1), das man von der rech- ten Seite über dem Auswurfkanal aus erreicht, lösen und sich dann aber daran erinnern, es wieder anzu- schließen. Bei der Wiederaufnahme der Arbeit darauf achten, dass an den Leitungen und dem Vergaser keine undichten Stellen auftreten.

Um ein gutes, grünes und weiches Aussehen des Rasens zu erhalten, muss man gleichmäßig mähen, ohne das Gras zu reißen. 2.

Die Zündkerzenkappe abziehen, Zündschlüssel ziehen ( bei Modellen mit elektrischem Anlassen) oder den Gashebel in die Position ➤ «STOP» bringen ( bei Modellen mit Anlassen von Hand) und die Anweisungen lesen, bevor Sie irgendwelche Reinigungs-, Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten beginnen.

Vermeiden Sie Arbeiten, bei denen sie umfallen könnte. 6.2 PERIODISCHE WARTUNG 6.2.1 S CHMIERUNG UND ALLGEMEINE WARTUNG Den Plan befolgen, der die Punkte angibt, die einer periodischen Überprüfung, Schmie- rung und Wartung zu unterziehen sind.

  • Page 32 DE 30 WARTUNG Die Maschine ist mit einem Ladeanschluss (1) in der Nähe der Batterie ausgestattet, der mit dem entsprechenden Anschluss des Batterieladegeräts “CB02”, das mitgelie- fert wird, zu verbinden ist. WICHTIG Dieser Ladeanschluss darf nur für die Verbindung mit dem Batterieladegerät “CB02” ver- wendet werden.
  • Page 33 WARTUNG DE 31 ACHTUNG! Bei der Montage die beiden Befestigungsmuttern (1) mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel auf 60-65 Nm festziehen. Erforderlichenfalls das Schrau- benmaterial ausschließlich durch ORIGINAL-ERSATZTEILE ersetzen. 6.3.2 A USRICHTEN DES MÄHWERKS Eine gute Einstellung des Mähwerks ist wichtig, um einen gleichmäßig gemähten Rasen zu erhalten.
  • Page 34 DE 32 WARTUNG 6.3.4 E INSTELLUNG DER BREMSE Die Verlängerung des Bremswegs macht die Einstellung der Bremse erforderlich. Die Einstellung muss bei ANGEZOGENER Feststellbremse erfolgen. 1. Den Auswurfkanal (1), der durch einen Bol- zen (2) mit Splint (3) befestigt ist, ausbauen. 2.
