Quick-connect couplings
The system asks the user to connect the
charging hoses to the vehicle/ external cylinder/
A/C component to be flushed (depending
on the current procedure) and to «open» the
corresponding quick-release couplings. Consider
that «opening» the fittings means turning
clockwise, to «close» them, turning counter-
clockwise.Open the high and low pressure valves
(see above «Unit description» n°12).If connected
to a vehicle and if this data is available, the position
of the couplings in the engine compartment will
be displayed on the right of the screen.The title
bar displays the selected procedure.By pushing
UP and DOWN, the user can configure the
system for a single hose job. When the couplings
are open, the system pressure gauges display
the internal pressures of the A/C system.
Automatic
The function initiates the complete sequence
of A/C services to be performed automatically.
an input value set to zero means that the
associated service will be ignored.if the system
detects a condition preventing the process from
continuing, it displays an error message.
The sequence will be interrupted and the final
connection recovery procedure will be proposed.
An input data value set to zero means that the
associated service will be a SINGLE SERVICE
STEP. Press UP and DOWN to select a service
function and ENTER to start the appropriate
procedure.Individual functions can be performed
individually or in a fully automatic service
sequence.
Select the left-most function to start the fully
automatic A/C sequence or one of the other
functions to perform only the appropriate
procedure.Press EXIT to interrupt the work
procedure regardless of progress.
If the system detects a condition that prevents
continuation, the sequence will be interrupted
and the final hose recovery procedure will be
proposed.
