GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Follow general safety instructions to limit possible risks:
- Read the instructions carefully before starting to use this A/C unit;
- Comply with the refrigerant manufacturer's training and instructions;
- Comply with the vehicle A/C system maintenance instructions applicable to the company;
- Use only with the refrigerant indicated on the nameplate (HFO1234yf or R134a);
- Do not make any modifications to the station;- Use only original spare parts and accessories;
- Use only authorized additives or consumables (ask an authorized dealer for advice);
- Before starting the machine, first check that the charging hoses and quick
-release couplings are intact and not leaking;
- Recover the refrigerant from the hoses before releasing the quick-release couplings;
- Do not leave the station unattended when it is switched on; use the main switch to switch off the
station after use;
- Always wear personal protective equipment, in particular gloves and goggles, in addition to the
general safety rules applying to the company;
- Avoid inhalation of refrigerant gas;
- Avoid skin contact with refrigerant gas, risk of freezing;
- Never disperse refrigerant gas in the environment;
- Do not use the station in a potentially explosive environment (e.g. battery charging rooms);

- During operation, place the station on a flat, level surface;
- Do not use the station near flames or heat sources; at high temperatures, refrigerant gas can
generate substances toxic to inhalation;
- Do not use the station in very damp or wet environments, or in the rain;
- Use the station in ventilated environments;
- During maintenance operations, disconnect the unit from the power supply;
- Avoid removing the connecting hoses if not necessary; otherwise, always create suction in the
hoses before using again;
- Maintenance must be carried out by authorized and specialized personnel;
- Do not, for any reason whatsoever, modify the station's safety devices such as the high-pressure
valve on the internal reservoir;
- Do not fill compressed air into the station's ducts or into the vehicle's air-conditioning system (a
mixture of air and refrigerant may be flammable or explosive).
Please note that any damage resulting from misuse of the charging station will not be covered by
our warranty. Consumables such as gaskets and seals for hoses and quick-release couplings, fuses
and transport damage are not covered by warranty.
