Casing fixing VertiTex Universal
Important note:
Before starting assembly, check the loading capacity of
the surface. Choose suitable fastening bolts for the
brackets that meet the needs and condition of the place
of installation.
• Determine the position of the brackets and drill in
place.
• Determine the position of the drill holes to run the
cable and drill the holes with a Ø of 9 – 10 mm.
• Screw brackets on finger tight.
• Position the brackets as needed and screw them firmly
in place.
Tip: When screwing down the brackets, the rawlplugs should
expand parallel to the edge of the embrasure.

Attaching the VertiTex Universal wire
• Position and screw the wire brackets in place.
• Pull the wire downwards to pre-tension.
• Firmly tighten the screw.
• Tighten with the nut.
• Lock in the nut.
• Shorten the wire and fit the cover cap.
Notes on recess mounting:
If the VertiTex is in its closed state when the motor fails completely,
it cannot be dismounted without damage!
The projection profile must be pressed down using a tool (wedge
or similar) until there is a gap to the housing profile.
The fabric must be cut off completely using a cutter to remove the
projection profile.
Subsequently, the bolting of the housing is accessible at the
brackets and the construction can be dismounted.

Astuce : Lors du vissage des consoles, le sens d'écartement des
chevilles doit être parallèle au bord de l'intrados.

• Aligner et visser les supports de câble.
• Tendre le câble vers le bas.
• Serrer fermement la vis
• Retendre le câble avec l'écrou.
• Bloquer l'écrou.
• Raccourcir le câble et monter le cache de protection.
Instructions relatives au montage en niche :
En cas de panne de moteur totale alors que le VertiTex est fermé, un
démontage sans détérioration n'est pas possible !
La barre de charge doit être pressée vers le bas à l'aide d'un outil
(cales ou autre) jusqu'à ce qu'un intervalle apparaisse au niveau du
profilé de caisson.
La toile doit être intégralement découpée à l'aide d'un cutter afin
de retirer la barre de charge.
La fixation par vis du caisson sur les consoles est alors accessible :
l'installation peut enfin être démontée.

Instruction importante :
Avant de commencer le montage, vérifier la capacité de
charge du support de fixation. Les vis de fixation pour
les consoles doivent être choisies selon les conditions et
exigences de construction.
• Déterminer la position des consoles et percer.
• Déterminer la position du trou pour le passage du câble
et le percer (diamètre : 9 –10 mm).
• Visser les consoles sans serrer.
• Aligner les consoles et les visser fermement.
