*Please note the following when using the kneading program:
If necessary, allow the multi-cooker to cool down before using the kneading program. The kneading
program will not start if the temperature of the heating plate is over 50 ºC.
Ensure that the multi-cooker is placed on a stable surface, as it may move during the kneading process.
Do not use the kneading program more than 3 times in a row. Allow the multi-cooker to cool down for at
least 5 minutes when the kneading program has finished.
Do not add more than 500 g of flour (or 300 g of gluten-free flour) and 300 ml of water to the mixing jug.
Ensure that the mixing container is dry before adding any food or liquid. Always add the dry ingredients
first (e.g. flour) before adding liquid ingredients (e.g. water), otherwise the contents may stick to the bottom
of the container.
The multi-cooker heats the empty mixing jug.
Add olive oil, onions, ginger and garlic to the mixing
jug.
Add minced meat, tomato sauce, wine, chilli sauce,
salt or other seasoning.
The multi-cooker will mix the sauce ingredients.
Add seafood to the mixing jug.
Add the ingredients to the mixing jug. The ingredients
will be kneaded continuously.
Place the food that you want to steam into the
simmering basket/steamer.
