ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
WARNING! Ensure that the pins are capable of supporting the load
and are properly secured to prevent equipment failure and/or personal
injuries.
The hardware (bolts, pin, washers, lock washers and nuts) used to attach
the jack to the equipment must be capable of withstanding the load without
deforming or breaking. The hardware is not included.
1.
Align the ram' s bolt hole with the bolt hole on the equipment's
attachment point. The attachment point location will vary depending on
the equipment and application.
2.
Insert a pin or bolt through the mounting points and the ram's bolt hole.
a.
Secure the pin with the appropriate clip or a hardened cotter pin.
b.
Secure the bolt with a washer, lock washer and nut.
3.
Place the the clevis mount over the clevis attachment point on the
equipment and align the bolt holes.
