4.2 Anomalies & solutions
Operating anomalies can often be easily resolved. If an anomaly occurs, please check
that it is not related to improper use and consult the table below in order to remedy
the fault yourself, before contacting the after-sales service.
Often you can fix the technical fault of the device yourself.

Improper repairs are dangerous. Only a service technician trained by us is authorized
to carry out repairs.
Error tables
Soapy water: Clean with a cloth and dry with a soft
cloth. Immediately remove lime stains, splashes of fat,
starch and egg white. This soiling could form corrosion.
Maintenance products specially designed for stainless
steel are available from the after-sales service or from
specialist retailers. Do not use glass cleaner or glass and
metal scraper.
Soapy water or mixed with white vinegar: Clean with a
cloth and dry with a soft cloth.
In case of heavy soiling: do not use aerosols or other
aggressive cleaners or abrasive materials. Scouring
pads, abrasive sponges or stove cleaners are also not
recommended. They may scratch the surface. Let the
surfaces dry completely.
Wet cloth: Make sure that there is no water passing
through the interior of the appliance through the
microwave turntable.
Eau Hot soapy water: Please use special stainless steel
cleaners or wash them in the dishwasher.
Glass cleaner: Clean with a cloth. Do not use a glass
scraper.
Hot soapy water: Clean with a cloth, do not scrub. Do not
use glass cleaner or glass and metal scraper.
