2.1 Cooking modes

Your appliance has various operating modes to let you play with your creativity. To
enable you to find the correct type of heating for your dish, we have explained the
differences and scopes of application here after.
Conventional
Convectional +
Double grill +
Convection

Radiant grill

Bottom

For traditional baking and
180°C
roasting on one level. Especially
100-235°C
suitable for cakes with moist
toppings.
For baking and roasting on one
160°C
or several levels. Heat comes
50-250°C
from the ring heater surrounding
the fan evenly.
For baking and roasting on
one or several levels. The fan
160°C
distributes the heat from the
50-235°C
heating elements evenly around
the cavity.
For grilling small amounts of food
150°C
and for browning food. Please

put the food in the middle part
under the grill heating element.
For roasting whole fish and
