ERROR DISPLAY AND CHECKING
If an error occurs, the induction hob automatically enters the protection state and
displays the corresponding error codes:
Error code
No pot or no suitable pot. Please use a suitable pot.
F3/F4
The induction coil temperature sensor is defective.
F9/FA
The IGBT temperature sensor is defective.
Abnormal supply voltage.
E1/E2
High voltage (above 270 ±10V)
Low voltage (below 180±10V)
There is a protection that is activated in the event of a dry burn or
E3
high temperature on the surface of the hob.
The fan is not working or is blocked so that heat cannot be
E5
dissipated.
NTC error (NTC sensor unable to detect the temperature fluctuation).
The NTC is a thermistor attached to the centre of the coil of the
d0
induction hob, like a wire in the shape of a mushroom head, used to
measure temperature.
O1
The induction coil has no screw or the screw is loose.
An error has occurred in the communication between the control
E0
board and the main board.
Note: The above points correspond to the assessment and verification of common
errors. To avoid danger and damage to the induction hob, please do not dismantle
the device yourself.
