SETTING TEMPERATURES ON EUROTHEQUE MODELS (3 temperatures)
Your wine cabinet's temperatures are entirely controlled from the control panel, which is shown below:
Ageing compartment temperature

Setting knobs: Used to select the desired cabinet temperatures.
To set the temperature of your Eurothèque:
Turn the temperature setting knob of the ageing com-
partment (on the left) until the gold line points to the
temperature you want in your cabinet's central com-
partment.
Recommended setting range: 10 to 14°C (50° to 57°F)
In Eurotheque model cabinets, the temperature of the chilling compartment depends on that of the ageing compartment. This is why selecting a temperature less than 8°C (46°F)in the
chilling compartment will decrease the temperature in the ageing compartment to approximately 10°C (50°F). Less than 17°C (63°F) cannot be obtained in the service compartment
on models equipped with glazed doors.
To operate correctly, a Eurotheque cabinet must be placed in a room whose temperatures remain between 12 and 25¡C (54¡ to 77¡F).
It is possible, even if the settings in this manual are respected, that you will be unable to obtain the precise temperature desired. Each case is individual and
slight setting adjustments may be necessary.

ment (service).
