3 MOUNTING THE EXTERNAL MODULE

The external module can be mounted on the surface of a wall or recessed into the wall or
post next to the entry to the property. It may be equipped with a visor to protect against
adverse weather (see 2.3 Dimensions of the external module, page 4)
For mounting, refer to the relevant mounting instructions.
The electrical power supply must be installed with the power switched off. It must comply
with the applicable standards in the countries in which the product is installed and
installed by a qualified person.

4.1 External module wiring

[1]. A er preparing the external module support, set out the wiring according to the
installation.
[2]. Configure the switch (see 5 - Configuring the external module, page 8).
[3]. Switch the power supply back on.
[4]. Test the installation.
[5]. Place the frame back around on its mounting.
