Using the directory

Using the directory
Your telephone has its own individual directory. You can store up to 100 personal
entries in the directory.
Up to 800 numbers and names can be stored in the central directory; these are
available to all users. These entries cannot be changed without authorisation.

The directory consists of a central and a personal section. It contains up to 1000 ent-
ries.
The entries from the central section are displayed at each telephone. They can only
be changed using the "Manager" administration tool.
You can add and change personal entries in your directory. These personal entries
are only available at your telephone.
You can then dial all these entries quickly and easily.
