Step 3: Rear venting (horizontal) using rectangular damper
Preparing Range Hood

Remove unit from packaging
•
Position the unit on its back on a flat non abrasive surface - front facing you (See Figure #3)
•
Remove the 2 filters to allow access to the inside of the unit (See Figure #3)
•
Cut tie wraps on motor cables so wires are free to move and be relocated (See Figure #4)

Remove rear vent back plate
•
Position the unit face down on a flat non abrasive surface with rear of product facing you
•
Remove the back plate by removing the 4 screws (See Figure #5)
