All installation stages must be considered right
from production of the general layout.
Before starting these stages, as well as deciding
the place of installation, if necessary, the per-
son authorised to carry out these operations
must organise a "safety plan" to protect the
people directly involved, as well as ensure strict
compliance with all legal requirements, espe-
cially those relating to mobile work-sites.
The place of installation must be provided with
all the connections needed to supply the appli-
ance and dispose of the production residues.
It must be suitably lit and must meet all legal
health and hygiene requirements to prevent
any food contamination.
If necessary, fi nd the exact position of each in-
dividual appliance or subassembly and mark
the coordinates to place them correctly (see ex-
planatory diagram).
IMPORTANT: The unit is not suitable
for built-in installation.
WARNING: Do not install the unit
next to walls made of fl ammable material.
WARNING: Air inlets are required in
the room where the appliance is installed to
ensure a proper operation of the appliance
and to exchange the air in the room.
WARNING: The air inlets should be of
appropriate size, protected by gratings, and
placed so that they cannot be obstructed.

WARNING: Do not install the unit on
uneven, soft or sloped fl oors.
WARNING: Leave a gap of at least 5
cm from the wall when installing the appli-
ance.
The installation must be in accordance with the
applicable legislation, regulations and specifi -
cations in the country of use.
