Download the free Sure Petcare app now
Download the Sure Petcare mobile app and create an account. Then
you'll be asked to make a 'household' (a connected network that will
contain all of your Sure Petcare connected products and all of your pets).
You can even invite other members of your family to join your household,
so they don't have to repeat the setup process.
A smartphone or tablet running either iOS9 (or above) on Apple, or 4.4
(or above) on Android is required to download the mobile app.
If you'd rather control the different features from your computer, you can
use the Sure Petcare web app. To do this, please go to surepetcare.io
You will need the latest version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Internet
Explorer running on either Mac OS X v10.9 (or above) or Windows 7 (or
above).
