POSSIBLE INCONVENIENCES
During the programming phase the automa-
tion does not open, but closes.
The automation blocks when it starts slo-
wing down.
The flashing light is steady, even during the
gate run and the buzzer rings always.
The flashing light does not work or remains
always lit.
The automation moves only a little bit, then
it stops.
The radio receiver inside the circuit board
does not work.
The connection with PC does not work.
The gate moves in jerks.
CAUSES
The motor supply voltage cables are
inverted.
The mechanical gate structure has pro-
blems.
Slowing down speed too low
Run out battery.
Circuit board in "Service" mode.
Lamp burnt out.
The circuit board does not operate properly.
Encoder supply voltage too low or motor
Encoder circuit board does not work
properly
"ANTENNA" (aerial) jumper cut or missing.
The receiver does not work properly
Jumper "GEN.I" cut or missing.
Wrong rack installation.

CHECK UPS / SOLUTIONS
Invert the conductor polarity: red and Black
(terminal 1 and 2).
Check the gate mechanical structure (the
sliding with motor released, the rail good
state....).
Increase the slowing down speed (Vrall). If
you have the handle device or the PC
increase the parameter value: "Ritardo
impatto" (impact delay).
Check the battery charge and re-establish
the mains tension.
To check if the circuit board is in "Service"
mode you must connect the handle or PC to
the circuit board. Check if the parameter
"Abilita service" (enable service) is active. If
the "service" is active, bring forward the
"next expiring term" (For example: "service
operating dwell time" from 60 to 120 or "ser-
vice cycles" from 20 to 40).
Contact the customer assistance service.
Replace the lamp (type E14 14V 3C 5W).
Replace the electronic circuit board.
Check if there is supply voltage between
terminals 10 and 11 during the automation
start phase: you should measure +12V
supply voltage.
Check if the red led "ENC" lights up during
the automation movement. Analyze the cir-
cuit board operating functions with the PC.
Replace the encoder.
Contact the customer assistance service.
Check the electronic circuit board
"ANTENNA" (aerial) jumper.
Replace the electronic circuit board.
Contact the customer assistance service.
Check the "GEN.I" jumper of the electronic
circuit board.
Contact the customer assistance service.
Mind the 2 mm space between the pinion
and the rack.
