WARRANTY
TERMS OF WARRANTY
GONG SUP 1 guarantees this bar against any non-conformity for the original purchaser in accordance with
articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-14 of the Consumer Code and European Union directives.
DEFINITION OF NON-COMPLIANCE:
• The bar does not comply with the description given in the product sheet.
• The bar is unsuitable for the use for which it is intended.
• The bar has a manufacturing defect, imperfection, or improper assembly.
THE CONFORMITY WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF:
• You were aware of the defect at the time of purchase.
• You could not ignore the defect at the time of purchase.
• The defect results from materials you supplied or added.
DURATION OF THE WARRANTY:
This bar is warranted for 2 years (24 months) from its delivery date.
LIMITS OF WARRANTY:
Despite all the attention and seriousness given to manufacturing and quality control, no product is indestructible, and
we must exclude the following:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Impacts, scratches, or any other damage caused by foreign objects.
• Damage caused in the event of a collision.
• Damage caused in the event of a frontal impact.
• Overexposure to UV, sunlight, moonlight, salt, or humidity outside of sessions.
• Damage caused by use other than the intended purpose of the product.
• Damage caused by improper maintenance.
• Damage caused by rigging that does not follow the recommendations.
• Damage caused by use in shorebreak or excessively powerful waves.
• Damage and bodily injuries incurred by the user during the use of the wing.
• Damage and bodily injuries caused by the user to others during the use of the wing.
• The warranty is valid only if the product is used for kitesurfing, for recreational use, and does not cover products used
for rental, teaching, or competition.
Note that equipment that has undergone modifications and is no longer in its original configuration cannot be covered
by our after-sales service.
