KITE CONNECTION
Inflate your kite and position it securely on the ground, perpendicular to the wind, with the underside facing
the ground. You can use sand to weigh down your wing.
Once the kite is in place, prepare your lines:
- UNROLL your lines downwind from your kite and place your bar on the ground, being careful to keep the side
with the back line at the red pigtail on the same side as the red back bridle of your kite.
- UNTANGLE your lines by starting from the bar and walking towards your kite. Make sure to separate your
4 lines by placing them between each finger of one hand and use the other hand to stretch and separate
your lines gradually. An excellent technique to keep your front/back lines separated is to place your front lines
between your legs and the back lines on the sides.
Once your lines are untangled, lay them on the ground, bringing them close to each connection point.
Your lines should be perfectly separated and not crossed.
