DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT
In consideration of the purchase and/or use of this GONG product, you acknowledge having read and
understood the information and instructions in this manual. You accept the following terms of this agreement,
to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- To waive any present or future claims against GONG SUP 1 SASU, or any of its agents, resulting from the
use of this product and any of its components.
- To release GONG SUP 1 SASU, or any of its agents, from any liability for loss, damage, injury, or expenses
that you, a family member, or any other user of this product may incur resulting from the use of this product,
regardless of the cause, including negligence or breach of this agreement by GONG SUP 1 SASU or any of
its agents, in relation to the design or manufacture of this product.
In the event of the buyer's death or incapacity, this agreement will remain effective and enforceable for their
heirs, family members, executors, administrators, successors, and representatives.
By using the GONG product, you assume and accept all risks of known and unknown injuries that may be
inflicted on you or caused by you to a third party during the use of this equipment. Risks associated with this
sport can be significantly reduced by adhering to safety and usage instructions and using common sense.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Before using this product, please carefully read the information below. The safety of each participant is our
priority, and we ask you to be aware of the following points:
- Preceding Training: Before practicing kitesurfing, make sure you have received adequate training from qualified
instructors. Knowledge of safety rules is essential for your protection and that of others.
- Equipment: Use only kitesurfing equipment in perfect working condition and in compliance with current safety
standards. Regularly check your equipment to ensure it is functional. Always wear a helmet and impact vest.
- Weather Conditions: Be aware of the weather conditions before practicing kitesurfing. Avoid venturing out in
extreme or dangerous conditions. Always follow safety instructions in the event of sudden changes in weather
conditions.
- Inherent Risks: Kitesurfing involves inherent risks, including the potential for injury. By participating, you
voluntarily accept these risks and acknowledge that GONG SUP 1 cannot be held responsible for any
injuries, losses, or potential damages.
- Personal Responsibility: Each practitioner is responsible for their own safety. Be aware of your skill level and
never attempt maneuvers beyond your abilities. Respect other kitesurfers and beach users.
- Compliance with Navigation Rules and Priority at Sea: In addition to the safety considerations mentioned
earlier, it is imperative to strictly adhere to navigation rules and priority at sea when practicing kitesurfing.
Familiarize yourself with local and international maritime standards, and be aware of designated areas for
kitesurfing. Respect right-of-way, give priority to motorized vessels, and be attentive to other water users.
Clear communication and respectful behavior towards other navigators contribute to preventing dangerous
situations and enhance the overall safety of the marine environment.
