This unit can not make a recording or erase correctly, if metal position
tapes are used.
Load the tape in deck 2 with the side to be
recorded first facing up. BI
The [=> automatically selected when the cassette is inserted with the
side to be recorded facing up.
e When recording from the beginning of a cassette
Wind the leader tape out. E)
e When recording from the middle of a cassette
Stop the cassette at the position where recording is to begin.
Press REV MODE on the remote control to
select the mode.
32) C2:
Records from the side facing up to the opposite side and
automatically stops.
Z: Records only one side of the cassette and automatically stops.
e You cannot operate deck 1 during recording.
"E" is displayed when you attempt to operate deck 1.
e Any change made to the volume or sound quality during recording
will not affect the recording.
eIn order to prevent trouble caused by flat batteries, it is recom-
mended that you either supply power to the unit from the house-
hold AC outlet or replace all the batteries with new ones when you
are recording something which is important to you.
