Listening to the Radio
When interference of FM stereo reception
occurs F)
(Available only from the remote control)
Set the sound to the monaural mode to reduce the noise.
Press ST/MONO/BP.
The CMONO] display appears.
The monaural sound is set but noises are reduced and sound become
clear.
To return to stereo sound, press ST/MONO/BP again to turn off the
CHONG display.
When the [MONO] display is off, FM stereo programs can be heard
as stereo sound,

Once broadcast stations have been programmed, they can eas-
ily be turned in.
Up to ten FM and AM stations each can be programmed.
Programming broadcast stations
(Available only from the main unit)
Preset radio stations on the FM, AM band.
El Press BAND to display "AM" or "FM".
2| Press +/ppb| or —/ q to select the station.
Press MEMORY once.
gan flashes.
While is flashing,
Press +/pp| or —/ i4 to display the preset
channel to be programmed.
While EAM is flashing,
Press MEMORY.
If the GND indicator goes out during programming, return to
step 3.
6 Repeat steps 2 to 5 to program other stations.
