Reducing vibrations
Place the centre of gravity of the work
S
load if possible centrically to the guide
tube.
Place the work load so that the tilting
S
torque of force F and the lever arm a
remains small.
Fasten the work load in one of the
S
following ways:
with dovetail clamping elements
slot nut fastening (only with
HMP−25−...; slot nuts see
Accessories")
direct mounting.
For direct fastening of the work load from
behind:
Proceed as follows:
1. Move out the guide tubing aJ.
2. Unscrew the screws (B) of the drive
rod aB.
3. Push in the drive rod the length of the
screws.
4. Fasten the work load.
5. Fasten the drive rod again (tightening
torque of the fastening screws: 1.2 Nm).
