For smooth and easy splicing, AKAI Tape Splicing Kit
SK-750 is highly recommended.
HEAD BLOCK CLEANING
Please remove the head cover before cleaning and de-
magnetising. Unscrew the two fitment screws and pull
off towards you.
HEADS
Clean
recording,
playback,
and
erase
heads
with
a
cotton
swab stick which has been dipped in AKAI
Cleaning fluid from Head Cleaning Kit HC-550P.
PINCH WHEEL AND CAPSTAN
If foreign matter is allowed to accumulate on the pinch
wheel and capstan, these particles will come off on
the
tame
causing
datericration
of
arts
auality.
Oil
adhering to the capstan also causes irregularity in tape
transport. Therefore, it is also recommended that these
parts be wiped
clean periodically.
Use AKAI
cleaning
fluid or alcohol,
MONTAGE
Pour réaliser un montage

NETTOYAGE DES TETES
Veuillez enlever le couvercle de la téte avant de net-
toyer et de démagnétiser.
Dévisser
les deux vis de
fixation et les tirer ver vous.
TETES
Les tétes GX (en verre et cristal de ferrite) ne néces-
sitent pas beaucoup
de nettoyage.
Cependant,
si de
vieilles bandes ou des bandes sur lesquelles on a pro-
cédé 4 des montages, se trouvent utilisées, il est recom-
mandé de nettoyer les tétes GX.

les

d'enregistrement,
de
lecture
et
d@effacement
4 laide d'un cotom tige préalablement
trempé
dans
le liquide
nettoyant
de la trousse
de
nettoyage HC-5SO0P.
