Parts of the appliance may get hot during use. When the appliance is
operating, only touch the control panel.

Do not move the appliance when in use.
•
Do not cover the appliance when in use.
•
Do not switch on the appliance when it is empty.
•
Do not fill the appliance with more than 1.7 liters of water. Boiling water can
overflow out of the appliance when the appliance is too full.
•
Unplug the appliance when it is not in use.
•
Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use.
•
Never use sharp or pointed objects on the appliance.
•
Make sure the appliance is positioned on the base correctly before use.
•
Do not use other liquids besides water in the appliance.
•
Only fill the appliance through the lid opening.
•
Do not fill the appliance shortly after use. The kettle may still be hot. Cold
water could damage the product.

Always wait until the boiling process is finished before disconnecting it from
the power outlet.

Be careful when opening the lid, hot steam may escape.
•
Do not open the lid while the water in the appliance is boiling.
•
Always pour the water through the spout with the lid closed.
