CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
Allow the device to cool down for at
least 30 minutes before cleaning it.
Never spray hot water onto the hot
accessories to prevent material
damage.
Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads
to clean the device. These may
damage the surfaces.
1. Wipe down the outside of the main
unit (1) and the cooking chamber (7)
and the heating element with a clean,
damp cloth if necessary.
Do not clean in the dishwasher or
immerse in water!
2. Clean the insert rack (3) with detergent
and warm water or in the dishwasher.
To maintain the quality for as long as
possible, it should preferably be rinsed
by hand. Wipe out the drawer (6) or
rinse it under running water.
In the case of stubborn dirt, soak in
warm water and detergent before-
hand.
3. Allow all parts to dry completely or
dry them off.
4. Store the device in a clean, dry place
so that it is out of the reach of children
and animals.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps that are listed,
contact the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an
electrical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
Correct the fit of the mains plug.
The plug socket is defective.
Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
Check the fuse of the mains connec-
tion.
The drawer (6) is not fitted correctly in the
cooking chamber (7).
Slide the drawer all the way into the
cooking chamber so that the device
can start the heating process.
The overheating protection has been
triggered.
Pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket and allow the device to cool
down completely. Then try again.
The fuse in the fuse box is triggered.
Too many devices are connected to the
same circuit.
Reduce the number of devices in the
circuit.
E1 / E2 is shown on the display (12).
The device has a defect.
Contact the customer service depart-
ment.
