TIPS
•
Generally no oil or only a small amount
of oil (2 to 3 teaspoons) is required for
preparing food.
•
The cooking time is dependent on the
size and quantity of the food and on
the temperature. However, in general
the cooking time is shorter than in a
conventional oven. Until you are prop-
erly familiar with the device, start with
a shorter cooking time and gradually
increase it if required. Check the con-
dition of the food being cooked from
time to time.
•
Mix the food around from time to time
or turn it with tongs to obtain an even
cooking result.
•
When preparing mass-produced frozen
products, you should follow the times
and temperatures specified by the
manufacturer. Before the specified
cooking time elapses, check whether
the food is already cooked through.
