FUNCTIONS
Programmes
The device has 8 preset programmes. To select a programme, touch the respective
symbol (17) on the control panel (2). The symbol flashes and the time and temperature
of the programme can be manually adjusted or another programme can be selected.
To start the device, touch the symbol
The symbols represent the following preset programmes:

The times and temperatures which are set for the programmes should be
adjusted if necessary to ensure that the food (in particular poultry) is fully
cooked. Adjustments can also be made during the cooking process.
Adjusting the Temperature and
Cooking Time
The set temperature and cooking time are
shown alternately on the display (12). The
preset values are 185°C and 15 minutes.
The temperature (10) and the cooking
time
(11) can be adjusted both without
using a preset programme and when
a programme is chosen:
Touch the symbol
respective symbol
to adjust the temperature or cooking time.
To scroll through the values quickly, press
and hold down the respective symbol.

Standby Mode
When you touch the symbol
approx. 2 sec., the control panel (2) is
activated.
If the device is not operating and no but-
ton is touched for 30 seconds, the device
switches to standby mode.
