FULLMATIC OPTION:
Wash the entire body with а damp cloth.
Empty the flour recovery tray (DIV-R only) (fig.6, n
With the head in the lowered position, press the knife raise button in order to raise the knives.
Activate the emergency stop and remove the side doors using а screwdriver.
Using а vacuum cleaner, clean all over the inside of the machine as well as the mechanical
components.
Refit the side doors.
8.3 Six-monthly, Ьу an approved agent.
Place the head in the lowered position.
Operate the emergency stop and remove the right-hand side door using а screwdriver.
Check oil level. (The level must Ье between 4 and 5 cm from the top edge of the aluminium flange).
