11.1
Single collector installation: 160/2,5 -
200/2,5
Begin assembling the system starting from the fl at roof
bracket kit (Ábra 28) following the instructions below.
According to the type of system purchased, drill the an-
choring holes to the roof according to the distances in-
dicated in table 3.

Assemble the two pilar bodies by joining them by means
the X-bars (Fig. 29).
Start by joining the top.
NOTE 1: Make sure the cross members are installed in
opposite directions, one with the convex side
towards the front and one with the convex side
towards the rear (DETAIL A).
NOTE 2: Use 24mm [wide] washers.
Install the middle bolt [3.1] and then the two bottom
bolts [3.2, 3.3] thus connecting the two sides (Fig. 30).
Tighten the bolts so as to allow a little free play for sub-
sequent adjustments.
NOTE 1: Use the safety nut for the middle bolt.
DO NOT CRUSH the two cross beams with the
bolt. [DETAIL C]
NOTE 2: Use the 24mm washers for the bottom bolts.
[DETAIL D]
Install the left and right support bars of the panel. The
two bars must be positioned in such a way as to have
the concavity of the clamping towards the collector (Fig.
31).
NOTE: Use 24mm washers (DETAIL E)
Fix the front terminal part (Fig. 32) at the holes that

were prepared in
allow a little play for subsequent adjustment.
9
Use a fi xing system appropriate to the fl oor material
and the conditions at the site.
9
Make sure that you seal the joint so that no mois-
ture or water penetrates under the roof.
Carefully lower the collector onto the support bars.
Adjust the collector position and install the 4 collec-
tor bolts (Fig. 34). Tighten the bolts enough to allow
a little play for subsequent adjustments

Measure the distance between the tank mounting
holes and ensure that it is 1090mm (Ábra 34). Make
any necessary adjustments so that the pillars are ver-
tical and parallel. Tighten the bolts in the sequence
shown above.
9
DO NOT USE A POWER TOOL to tighten the collector
bolts. Take care not top strip therivets from the col-
lector body
mm
Install and tighten the pillars' mounting bolts in the
previously drilled holes (Fig. 36) as indicated in STEP
1. Make a fi nal check to make sure the pillars are ver-
tical and tighten the crosshead bolts in the sequence
shown.
Remove the packaging of the solar storage tank (Fig.
19). Cut the outer fi lm (if any) along the long side of the
straps to avoid damaging the fi nish of the solar storage
tank.
Remove the taps and install the hydraulic fi ttings be-
fore installing the solar storage tank.
Remove fi xing nuts from solar storage tank bolts (detaill
J - (Ábra 21)) leaving a washer on each bolt.
Place the storage tank on the supports by inserting the
bolts in the appropriate slots (Fig. 37).
Make sure all safety precautions are taken.
9
For the handling of the solar boiler it is always rec-
ommended to use a lifting crane
To install the fi ttings and hydraulic connections refer to the
paragraph (12 OPERATION FOR ALL MODELS).
