10.1 Single collector installation: 160/2,5 -
200/2,5
Begin assembling the system starting from the inclined
roof bracket kit (Fig. 6) following the instructions be-
low.
Make sure you have all the components and tools re-
quired for installation(Fig. 8).
Assemble both sides of the base frame for your specifi c
system. If your system uses collector 2.5, you'll need to
add extensions. The installation length of the collector
C should be 1996 mm (table 2). Systems that use the 2.0
collector do not require an extension (dimension C is
1599 mm - see table 2).
Uncover the tiles in the lowest and highest part of the
area where the collectors will be installed. Install the
hooks for positioning the support bars of the panels
(for quantities and elements see table A) on the roof
beams, with appropriate screws, as indicated in the
(Fig. 10).
Make sure that the distances A and B (Fig. 9) between
the hooks are set according to what is indicated in table 1.

NOTE: The recommended dimensions are indicative and
refer to a standard roof. Always check them according to
the specifi c installation conditions.
Install both longitudinal beams on the support hooks and
tighten the bolts. Use the large 24mm washers (Fig. 11).
Install the transverse bar (Fig. 12).
Install the two tank diagonal bars (Fig. 13). To do this,
the upper bolt on the solar storage tank must be re-
moved and reinstalled. Do not overtighten the bolts to
allow for subsequent adjustments.
Adjust the angle of the upper storage tank support to
fi t the angle of the roof. (Fig. 14) For this purpose it is
necessary to remove and reinstall the lower bolt on the
support of the solar storage tank. For proper operation,
the storage tank should be positioned vertically on the
roof.
Install both collector guides using square bolts (Ábra 18)
and following the distance indications given in Table 2.
Only tighten the lower guide bolts.

Remove the packaging of the solar storage tank (Fig.
19). Cut the outer fi lm (if any) along the long side of the
straps to avoid damaging the fi nish of the solar storage
tank.
Remove the taps and install the hydraulic fi ttings be-
fore installing the solar storage tank.
Remove fi xing nuts from solar storage tank bolts (detail
J - (Ábra 21)) leaving a washer on each bolt.
Place the storage tank on the supports by inserting the
bolts in the appropriate slots (Fig. 22).
Make sure all safety precautions are taken.
9
For the handling of the solar boiler it is always rec-
ommended to use a lifting crane.
Install and tighten the fi xing nuts of the storage tank
(Ábra 22).

At the end of the tank assembly operations, check
that the bolts are tight and tighten them if necessary.
Place the upper side of the collector on the upper col-
lector guide by pushing it towards the other (Fig. 23).
Seat the lower part of the collector onto the lower col-
lector guide by lowering it in a controlled manner to
bring it into place.
9
Do not remove the collector cover! Remove it
only after the collector has been connected and
fi lled with heat transfer fl uid.
Adjust the position of the collector to align the mount-
ing holes at the lower collector guide and install the
bolts (Ábra 23).
Slide the upper guide against the collector and install
the top collector bolts (Fig. 24).
9
Make sure that the collector is properly installed
and then tighten all collector bolts.
9
DO NOT USE A POWER TOOL. Make sure you do not strip
the rivets of the collector body.
To install the fi ttings and hydraulic connections, refer to
the paragraph (12 OPERATION FOR ALL MODELS).
