10.2 TWO PANELS SYSTEM INSTALLATION: 200/4 -
300/4 - 300/5 - (Ábra 24)
STEP 1 - 6
Refer to the paragraph (10.1 Single collector installa-
tion: 160/2,5 - 200/2,5).
Assemble the lower central support to the lower guides
that support the collectors (Fig. 25).
Use the fl at head bolts and 16mm washers.
Place a support hook under the lower central support
(Ábra 26).
Remove the tiles near the hook and fi x it to the roof by
adjusting the installation according to the position of
the beams.
Adequately fi x the structure to the roof making sure the
installation is well sealed.
NOTE: For the 200-300 / 4.0 system the center support
must face the front, while for the 300 / 5.0 system it
must face the rear. This is necessary for alignment of
the bracket.
Assemble the upper central support to the upper guides
that support the collectors and fi x the structure on the
two support bars (Fig. 27). Use the fl at head bolts and
16mm washers.
STEP 10
Place a support hook under the upper central support
(Ábra 27).
Remove the tiles near the hook and fi x it to the roof by
adjusting the installation according to the position of
the beams.
Adequately fi x the structure to the roof making sure the
installation is well sealed.
STEP 11
Install the junction hydraulic fi ttings on the fi rst col-
lector (Fig. 28). Carefully place the fi rst collector on the
support guides and secure it with the 4 bolts. Use 24mm
washers and tighten enough to allow movement.

Do not remove the collector cover! Remove it only
after the collector has been connected and fi lled
with heat transfer fl uid.
STEP 12
Carefully slide the second collector into place, making
sure the hoses connect properly to the hydraulic fi t-
tings.

Make sure that excessive force is not applied to the
absorber.

Install the second collector bolts. Tighten the hy-
draulic connection and then the collector bolts. Use
a second tool to tighten the hydraulic fi tting in or-
der to avoid damaging the absorber tubes.

DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS to tighten collector bolts.
Be sure not to detach the threaded rivets from the
collector body by overtightening the bolts.

To assemble the solar storage tank, refer to points
8-11 present in the paragraph (10.1 Single collector
installation: 160/2,5 - 200/2,5)
To install the fi ttings and hydraulic connections, refer to
the paragraph (12 OPERATION FOR ALL MODELS).
