Operating Instructions - Tractel PP Séries Notice D'utilisation

1. Position the clamp on the load to be lifted (7).
2. Unscrew the handles (4) of each retaining hook (3) and slide them toward the center of the clamp to
release the axles (2).
3. Re-screw the handles (4) of each retaining hook (3) so that they keep their position in the center of the
clamp.
4. Remove the pin and the pin configuration axle (5) from each arm of the clamp.
5. Position each arm of the clamp on the desired configuration position (see table "Opening/Pin
configuration").
6. Replace the pin configuration axles (5) and their pins in the desired configuration holes (check
configuration symmetry. E.g. A and A' positions on diagram 2).
7. Lifting can be performed.
8. Once the load (7) has been moved and set down, unscrew the handles (4) of each retaining hook (3).
9. Slide the catch hooks so as to fasten them on their own pins (2).
10. Screw back up the handle (4) of each catch hook (3).
11. The clamp is ready to be moved in the locked open position to lift another load.
