Cooking by Convection / Grill Convection
These Pads offer a choice of convection temperatures 40°C (only for Convection mode) and 100
- 250°C in 10°C increments. For quick selection of the most commonly used cooking
temperatures, the temperatures start at 150°C and count up to 250˚C then 40˚C (only for
Convection mode) and 100°C. It is possible to cook on one or two levels when using convection
cooking. See En-16 for shelf cooking.
