Beef tournedos with Roquefort
cheese sauce
Serves 1
ingredients:
• 1 beef Tournedos
• 100 g Roquefort cheese
• 50 cl crème fraîche
1. Cook the beef Tournedos on the grill hotplate,
adjusting the cooking time to suit your own
taste.
2. Meanwhile, melt 100 g of Roquefort cheese in
50 cl of crème fraîche, stirring continuously.
Serve the Tournedos topped with the sauce and
steamed vegetables or pasta.
Chicken kebabs with lemon and
honey
Serves 4
ingredients:
• 500 g chicken breast
• 2 tbs lemon juice
• 2 tbs honey
• 2 tsp sesame seeds
• 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1. Cut the chicken into thin strips and thread these
onto 8 skewers.
2. Arrange the skewers on the grill hotplate,
adjusting the cooking time to suit your own
taste.
3. While the skewers are cooking, combine the
lemon juice, honey, sesame seeds and ginger for
the sauce.
Serve the kebabs with steamed rice and green
vegetables and drizzle with the sauce before
eating.

Grilled duck breast
Serves 2
ingredients:
• 1 duck breast
1. incise the fatty skin to a depth of 2 to 3 mm to
produce a lattice pattern.
2. Cook the duck breast on the fatty side on the
grill hotplate, adjusting the cooking time to suit
your own taste.
Serve with apple or fig compote flavoured with
gingerbread spices, and mashed potatoes with
garlic or celeriac.
Lamb cutlets with maître d'Hôtel
Butter
Serves 5
ingredients:
• 3 lamb cutlets per person
• olive oil
• salt & pepper
• Thyme
• Maître d'hôtel Butter
1. Brush the chops with a little olive oil, season with
salt and pepper and sprinkle with thyme.
2. Cook the chops on the grill hotplate, adjusting
the cooking time to suit your own taste.
Serve with Maître d'Hôtel Butter.
