make sure all switches are in the 'STOP' or 'OFF' position.
8, Do not use fuses different from the specifications of this
product.

10, Do not use the product for other purposes. Put the battery in
the right polarity.
11, Battery negative short circuit is prohibited. Non-rechargeable
batteries cannot be charged.
12, Rechargeable batteries can only be charged under the
