Utiliser des plats à bords hauts pour vos rôtis afin d'éviter au maximum les projections grasses.
Lors de la cuisson de tarte aux fruits, placer le plat lèchefrite en bas du four, afin de recueillir d'éventuels
débordements. Nous vous conseillons en outre de ne jamais placer les aliments directement dans le plat
lèchefrite.
Le préchauffage du four doit se faire sur le repère de thermostat choisi pour la cuisson.
