When the tank is filled, please, press the ON\OFF button. Then the Fill Water indicator
stops flashing and the rest of the functions become available for setting. After comple-
ting all settings, please, press the ON\OFF button again. Then the Fill Water indicator
goes off, and the appliance starts to operate.
When the appliance runs and no operating instruction has been received or malfunc-
tion has occurred for 30 seconds, the backlight of the display goes out automatically,
except the Operating Mode, Outlet Temp and Lock indicators. If there is no operation
for half a minute, the display will lock automatically, but the Lock indicator will illuminate
independently.
5.4. Setting the temperature:
In ECO, AUTO, PROGRAM and BOOST modes, the water temperature can be selected
using the
and
buttons.
The constantly showing temperature indicates the actual water temperature in the
tank.
The flashing temperature with an arrow indicates the desired water temperature.
5.5. Available energy sources
With the basic settings, the appliance operates as a heat pump – in ECO mode – utili-
sing the thermal energy of the external environment.
If the ambient temperature decreases below the operating parameters, the heat pump
can no longer generate the heat needed for the production of sanitary hot water, the-
refore the heat pump stops, and automatically switches to the use of the auxiliary elec-
trical heating enabling the auxiliary electrical heating mode. When the external tempe-
rature conditions allow the use of the heat pump again, the electrical heating stops and
the heat pump unit restarts.
When the setting water temperature is higher than the temperature that the heat
pump can produce in itself at the given ambient temperature, the heat pump runs first
until the possible water temperature is reached, and then, the auxiliary electrical hea-
ting is activated automatically, while the heat pump stops; in the meantime, the ap-
pliance ensures the continuous heating of water.
