Warning
This safety helmet provides protection against falling objects, consequential
brain injury and skull fracture and is for intended use only.
The helmet is supplied with the harness partially assembled to prevent any
risk of damage during shipment.
Please follow the assembly instructions carefully to ensure proper use of
the helmet.
Helmet Assembly Instructions and wearing height
1. Assemble harness to the helmet shell as shown in Fig. 3 to 4 (Push-Key)
or 7 to 8 ( Fas-Trac III).
2. Push top crown strap towards top of helmet.
3. Place helmet on head and push down until a comfortable wearing height
is reached.
4. To ensure that headbands are compatible with all head height, the
helmet also has the facility to adjust the wearing height by way of
repositioning of the headband clips within the suspensions as shown in
Fig. 2 and Fig. 6.
5. When the helmet is on the head, you can adjust the horizontal position of
the helmet by sliding the headband clips along the headband.
6. The helmet must be worn the peak facing forward.

Push-Key Suspension
Nape strap should be adjusted as shown in Fig. 9 for a comfortable fit.
Size range with Push-Key harness: 52-64 cm
Fas-Trac III Suspension (Ratchet)
Nape strap should be adjusted as shown in Fig. 10 for a comfortable fit.
Size range with Fas-Trac III harness: 52-64 cm
CE Approval – Product Marking
The helmet meets the (EU) 2016/245 regulation and Regulation 2016/425
on personal protective equipment, as amended to apply in GB. The helmet
is certified according to EN 397:2012 standard and Ukrainian standard
ДСТУ EN 397-2001. The helmet meets optional requirements as described
below when marked on the shell:
• 440 V A.C. – Electrical Insulation.
• -20°C / –3 0°C – Very Low Temperature (-50°C for GOST).
• +150°C – Very High Temperature
• LD – Lateral Deformation
• MM - Molten metal splash
