Compressed gas containers and other inflammable material must be moved to a minimum safe distance of 11 meters. A fire extinguisher must be readily available. Be careful of spatter and sparks, even through cracks. It can be the source of a fire or an explosion. Keep people, flammable objects and containers under pressure at a safe distance.

  • Page 11 The MULTICOOL cooling unit is a system designed to cool the water cooled torches connected to all types of welding machines (MIG/MAG and TIG). This device is autonomous and has its own power supply. The MULTICOOL 1300 is equipped with a water flow protection to protect the torch against a plug on the water circuit or a deterioration of the torch beam.

  • Page 15 MULTICOOL 500 / 1300 Achtung! Bei Schweißarbeiten in kleinen Räumen müssen Sicherheitsabstände besonders beachtet werden. Beim Schweißen von Blei, auch in Form von Überzügen, verzinkten Teilen, Kadmium, «kadmierte Schrauben», Beryllium (meist als Legierungsbestandteil, z.B. Beryllium-Kupfer) und andere Metalle entstehen giftige Dämpfe. Erhöhte Vorsicht gilt beim Schweißen von Behältern. Entleeren und reinigen Sie diese zuvor. Um die Bildung von Giftgasen zu vermeiden bzw.
  • Page 16 • Nehmen Sie regelmäßig (mindenstens 2 bis 3 Mal im Jahr) das Gehäuse ab und reinigen Sie das Innere des Gerätes mit Pressluft. Lassen Sie regelmäßig Prüfungen des GYS Gerätes auf seine elektrische Betriebssicherheit von qualifiziertem Techniker durchführen. • Prüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand der Netzzuleitung. Wenn diese beschädigt ist, muss sie durch den Hersteller, seinen Reparaturservice oder eine qualifizierte Person ausgetauscht werden, um Gefahren zu vermeiden.
  • Page 17 Das Kühlaggregatsystem MULTICOOL ist zur Abkühlung von wassergekühlten Brennern (MIG/MAG und WIG) geeignet, die an alle Typen von Schweiß- geräten angeschlossen sein können. Das Gerät ist autark und verfügt über eine eigene Stromversorgung. Um den Brenner vor einem Rückstau des Wasserkreislaufs oder einer Beschädigung des Brenner-Schlauchpakets zu schützen, ist MULTICOOL 1300 mit einem Wasserdurchlaufschutz versehen. La soldadura de algunos materiales que contengan plomo, cadmio, zinc, mercurio o berilio pueden ser particularmente nocivos. Desengrase las piezas antes de soldarlas. Las botellas se deben colocar en locales abiertos o bien aireados.

  • Page 29 Система охлаждения (кулер) MULTICOOL предназначена для охлаждения горелок с жидкостным охлаждением (MIG/MAG и TIG) подключенных к любому типу сварочного аппарата. Он полностью автономен и оборудован собственным подключением к электросети. MULTICOOL 1300 оборудован защитой подачи жидкости позволяющей избежать образования пробки в системе циркуляции жидкости или повреждения рукава горелки.

Voer geen wijzigingen of onderhoud uit die niet in de handleiding vermeld staan.   • Page 33 MULTICOOL 500 / 1300 BRAND EN EXPLOSIE RISICO Scherm het lasgebied volledig af, brandbare stoffen moeten minimaal op 11 meter afstand geplaatst worden. Een brandblusinstallatie moet aanwezig zijn in de buurt van laswerkzaamheden. Pas op voor projectie van hete onderdelen of vonken, zelfs door kieren heen. Ze kunnen brand of explosies veroorzaken. Dit apparaat is autonoom en beschikt over z’n eigen voeding. De watertoevoer van de MULTICOOL 1300 koelgroep is beveiligd : de toorts wordt zo beschermd tegen eventuele verstopping in de watertoevoer en tegen beschadiging van de kabel.

Zet het apparaat uit, koppel de Kit af, vul opnieuw het reservoir bij met koelvloeis- tof en sluit uw apparaat aan op het koelvloeistofsysteem. Uw koelgroep is opgestart en klaar om te functioneren. La saldatura è proibita se in vicinanza a grasso o vernici.
