Level adjustment:
Adjust the position of the front rotating plates (optional part) and of the rear sliding blocks on
both rear sides to let them fit various type of vehicles.
Adjustment of the leveling of the safety devices:
If the floor has leveling defects, it is necessary to adjust the height of the safety devices inside the
columns by clamping the nuts on the top of the columns.
Adjustment of the steel cables:
- Lift the platforms up to 1000mm.
- Strain the steel cables by adjusting the nuts placed on the rope ends.
- After leveling the steel cables proceed by fastening the nuts .
Test without load:
Drive the vehicle on the platform and make sure that its weight does not exceed the maximum
lifting capacity of the lift.
Get away from the dangerous zone of the lift and move to the safety area.
Move the «MAIN SWITCH» button to position "1".
Push the "UP" button to lift the platforms. During this kind of operations make sure of
the perfect alignment of the platforms and that there is no malfuntion.
Push the "SEC.DOWN" button to fasten the safety devices.
Make sure there are no malfunctions during these kind of operations, check the proper
functioning of the safety devices and that there are no leakages of oil and/or air.
During lifting and lowering phases, no one is allowed to stand under, near or at the sides of
the lift and on the platforms.
If there are malfunctionings, push the emergency button to stop the lift immediately.
Find the problems, solve them and start the test again.
