INSTALLATION
THE EXECUTION OF THESE OPERATIONS MUST BE CARRY OUT ONLY BY COMPETENT
AND SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO FOLLOW ALL THE
INSTRUCTIONS INDICATED TO AVOID POSSIBLE DAMAGES TO THE LIFT OR TO
PERSONS.
Only skilled technicians, nominated by the manufacturer or by the resellers, are allowed
to proceed with the lift installation.
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
The lift must be installed in accordance with the minimum specificated distance from
walls and other equipments. (Figure 12)
The minimum specified distance from walls is at least 1000 mm keeping into consideration
the space needed to work easily, the space for the control unit and for a possible escape
route in the case of emergency.
Prepare the installation area for the electrical and pneumatic power of the lift.
The area where the lift is installed must have an hight of at least 4000mm.
The lift must be placed on an adequate floor, perfectly leveled and sufficiently strong
(≥250 kg/cm², thickness of the concrete ≥150 mm), alignment tolerance in length ≤10mm.
All the parts of the lift must be illuminated properly, with enough light to ensure that the
maintenance and calibration operations can be carry out safely, without reflected light
that may cause eye problems.
The integrity of the incoming product must be verify before the installation of the lift.
