ROLLING-JACK INSTALLATION (optional)
Adjust the distance of the extractable bases of the rolling-jack by inserting it between
the sliding guides.
Adjust the upper crossbar so that the rolling-jack can slide comfortably.
Rolling jack functioning (optional)
If equipped with manual rolling jack:
Activate the lever of the manual pump to lift (maximum height about 300mm).
Lift the mechanical safety device and unscrew the lowering valve to lower.
If equipped with pneumatic rolling-jack:
Activate the pneumatic pump by pressing the foot pedals (maximum height about
300mm).
Lift the mechanical safety device and activate the foot pedal in the opposite direction
to lower.
Power Connection:
Open the rear door of the control unit
Electrical power connection: follow the electric scheme provided.
Engine electric connection: follow the electric scheme provided.
Upper End Limit Switch Connection (SQ1): follow the electric scheme provided.
Lower End Limit Switch Connection (SQ2): follow the electric scheme provided.
Connection of the rope's breakage protections devices (SQ3 & SQ4 & SQ5 & SQ6):
follow the electric scheme provided.
Hydraulic and pneumatic Connections:
It is essential to protect the pneumatic / hydraulic joints by taking measures that will prevent
debris from entering the circuits. Make the connections as explained in the manual.
